Acupuncture

Andrea is a graduate of Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine and has acquired over 2000 hours of clinical and didactic training in acupuncture.  She is a former martial artist, marathoner, personal trainer and is lover of adventure, travel and learning. She has been in the Physical Therapy field as an Assistant for almost 15 years. Andrea has worked with animals, minerals, vegetables and people throughout her life and the most rewarding thing she can think of is serving as a medium to promote health and improve vitality through this ancient medicine.

Years ago, on a trip to New Zealand she decided to become an Acupuncturist. There, she was captivated by the Maori word “Koru” which is a term for all necessary events and processes evolving in a natural way, or “Balanced Unfolding”.  The symbol associated with that word is a fern frond opening in springtime. Simple beauty and deep meaning are simultaneous with the Koru when we trust the unfolding of events in life, when natural processes evolve without striving or force. Andrea uses this term with the utmost respect from where it came and hopes to serve you in the spirit of the word.

She would be more than happy to assist with the evolution of Koru in your life, to bring health, wellness and ease in body, mind and spirit.
